What we collect

When you submit the matching form we typically collect: city/area, approximate monthly electricity bill, property type & roof ownership, and a contact phone number. Name or other details may be added later if you volunteer them on WhatsApp/call follow-up.

How we use it

We use the data to match your request with up to two SEC-qualified solar installers for quotes, and to contact you to confirm or qualify the request.

Sharing

Your request is shared with at most two qualified partners for that purpose. We do not sell your details to unrelated parties.

Retention & deletion

We keep data for a reasonable period to run the desk (matching, follow-up, abuse prevention). To request deletion or correction, email partnerships@solarpowerksa.com or reply to our messages.

SolarPowerKSA is not the installer. Any install contract is directly between you and the partner you choose.
